Overview
Viglacera Yen My Industrial Park is located at km33 on the new Highway 39A, Lieu Xa, Yen My District, Hung Yen Province. The project spans 280 hectares, with 203.99 hectares allocated for lease and the remainder reserved for infrastructure to support businesses and workers. On July 17, 2018, the Hung Yen Industrial Zone Management Board issued an investment registration certificate to Viglacera Yen My Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company for the project “Infrastructure Construction and Business Operation of Viglacera Yen My Industrial Park in Hung Yen Province.” The project boasts a total investment capital of VND 2.348 trillion and began implementation in 2018.
Thanks to its proximity to Hanoi and Hai Phong, the park enjoys excellent logistical advantages, attracting numerous investors and creating thousands of jobs for workers in Yen My District and surrounding areas.
Location
Viglacera Yen My Industrial Park lies within the economic triangle of Hanoi, Hai Phong, and Quang Ninh. Positioned on Highway 39A, it is about 2 km from Highway 5 and 7 km from the Hanoi-Hai Phong Expressway. This strategic location provides access to a multimodal transportation network, including roads, waterways, air routes, and railways.

The centralized wastewater treatment plant has a capacity ranging from 8,000 to 10,000 m³/day-night.
