The VSIP Hai Phong Industrial Park, officially named the VSIP Hai Phong Urban, Industrial, and Service Zone, is located in the Dinh Vu-Cat Hai Economic Zone, along the banks of the Cam River in Thuy Nguyen District, Hai Phong City. It serves as the northern gateway to the Gulf of Tonkin and international trade. The park, covering 1,600 hectares, is developed by the Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park Joint Venture Company (VSIP JV Co.).

VSIP Hai Phong focuses on clean industries, such as information technology, electronics, and pharmaceuticals. It integrates financial hubs, commercial areas, shopping centers, hotels, and healthcare facilities into its design.

As a flagship development in Hai Phong, VSIP aims to establish a modern urban-industrial zone with world-class infrastructure.
