The VSIP Industrial Park (IP) in Bac Ninh was established under Decision No. 676/TTg-CP by the Prime Minister on June 4, 2007, with a total planned area of 700 hectares. Of this, 500 hectares are designated for industrial use, and 200 hectares for urban development. The IP is located on National Highway 1 in Tu Son City, Bac Ninh Province. The infrastructure developer is VSIP Bac Ninh Co., Ltd. Construction began in December 2007. Designed by Singaporean architects, the VSIP Bac Ninh adheres to international standards, focusing on environmental protection to create a clean, green industrial park and a modern urban area in the northern region of Hanoi.
From its inception, the developer aimed to build a model IP and urban complex. The IP features a synchronized technical infrastructure system, ensuring efficient operations for businesses.
