Overview
Yen My II Industrial Park, spanning 300 hectares, is a multi-industry industrial park established by the Vietnamese government in 2015. The park is developed and managed by Hoa Phat Urban Development and Construction Joint Stock Company, a subsidiary of Hoa Phat Group, one of Vietnam’s leading private conglomerates.
Located along Highway 39 in Yen My District, Hung Yen Province, Yen My II Industrial Park benefits from a strategic location, offering investors easy access to Northern Vietnam’s largest consumer market and top workforce training centers within a 30-minute drive.
In December 2020, the Prime Minister approved the expansion of Yen My II Industrial Park, adding 216 hectares to the development plan for Hung Yen’s industrial zones through 2020. The total adjusted area for Yen My II Industrial Park now stands at approximately 313.5 hectares, with Phase 1 covering 97.5 hectares and the expansion covering 216 hectares.
