Overview
On February 1, 2018, the Chairman of the People’s Committee of Hoa Binh Province issued Decision No. 318/QD-UBND on the approval of the adjustment of the detailed construction planning at a 1/5000 scale for Yen Quang Industrial Park in Quang Tien Commune, Hoa Binh City. The adjustment of the planning is aimed to align with the development of the Hoa Lac – Hoa Binh Road, adding land for worker housing, and ensuring flood control and environmental protection.
Yen Quang Industrial Park is invested by An Viet Hoa Binh Joint Stock Company, with a total planning area of 200.1 hectares. It is located in Quang Tien Commune, Hoa Binh City, with the northern boundary adjacent to the Hoa Lac – Hoa Binh Road and the Yen Quang- Geleximco New Urban Area; to the south, it borders the Yen Quang ecological urban area of Vietnam Construction and Urban Development JSC, and part of the ecological tourism and afforestation area in Du, Me hamlets, Yen Quang Commune, owned by ROYAL LAND JSC; the east side borders the ROYAL LAND ecological tourism area; the west side borders the Hoa Lac – Hoa Binh Road. The total investment for the construction of Yen Quang Industrial Park is over VND 1600 billion.
Project Timeline
According to the planned schedule: from January 2018 to December 2018, investment and construction procedures, as well as land clearance for Phase 1 (approximately 36 hectares), were expected to be completed. From January 2019 to December 2021, the infrastructure for the entire industrial park was to be completed.
However, as of the second quarter of 2021, the project is still in the land clearance phase. Currently, An Viet Hoa Binh Joint Stock Company is conducting land leveling in preparation for construction.
Yen Quang Industrial Park is a multi-functional industrial park with a planned technical infrastructure system that meets environmental protection requirements. It aims to promote and prioritize the development of small and medium-sized industries, small-scale industries, and new sectors; encouraging enterprises to apply new industrial developments in production to create revenue for the state budget and serve the economic restructuring of the province.
Location
The Yen Quang Industrial Park is located along DT446 Road, near National Highway 6, making it a key area for industrial development. It is considered one of the key industrial parks in Hoa Binh Province.
Infrastructure
Internal Roads
- The internal road system includes a main road of 31 meters with four lanes and branch roads with two lanes.
Electricity
- A 22KV power line system with a 30KVA substation providing power to the perimeter of the enterprises.
Public Lighting
- Street lighting is designed separately from the residential power supply and is placed along the main roads of the industrial park.
Water Supply
- The park is supplied with water 24/7, with a capacity of 20,000 cubic meters per day and night.
Wastewater and Rainwater Drainage
- A separate wastewater drainage system, independent of the rainwater drainage system. Wastewater is collected through the drainage system from production facilities and directed to the main sewer lines leading to the wastewater treatment plant.
Waste Management
- Solid and soft waste is classified and collected for proper disposal.
Wastewater Treatment
- A wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 20,000 cubic meters per day and night.
Telecommunications
Equipped with modern IT systems to support multi-service communication, such as data transmission, telephone, internet, and video conferencing.
