Da Nang City currently has 6 main Industrial Parks (IPs):
- Da Nang IP
- Hoa Khanh IP
- Hoa Khanh Expansion IP
- Lien Chieu IP
- Hoa Cam IP
- Da Nang Fisheries Service IP
Total area: Over 1,160.18ha in prime locations. Additionally, the Da Nang Hi-Tech Park spans 1,129.76ha.

New IP Projects Under Review
Da Nang is proposing 3 new IPs in Hoa Vang District and Cam Le District with total investment of ~14,000 billion VND:
- Hoa Ninh IP: 400ha (6,083 billion VND) – Hoa Ninh Commune
- Hoa Nhon IP: 360ha (5,657 billion VND) – Hoa Nhon Commune
- Hoa Cam Phase 2 IP: 120ha (2,232 billion VND) – Hoa Tho Tay Ward & Hoa Nhon Commune
