Amata Bien Hoa Industrial Park was established in 1994 as a joint venture with the reputable investor Amata Bien Hoa Urban Joint Stock Company. Amata is one of the largest Thai investors in Vietnam. The Amata Group, headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand, was founded in 1989 and is a well-known global developer of industrial parks. The group owns a network of Amata industrial parks in various provinces across Vietnam, with Dong Nai being a key focus area. Amata Bien Hoa Industrial Park is considered the first Amata project in Dong Nai.<\/p>

This large-scale industrial park covers a total area of 513.01 ha with an investment capital of VND 1.9 trillion, providing employment for more than 60,000 workers. It features modern, synchronized infrastructure and advanced management standards, surpassing national and regional averages. Plans are underway to expand the park by an additional 27.2 ha.<\/p>

Amata Bien Hoa is one of the three key export processing zones in Dong Nai with one of the fastest development rates in Vietnam. Amata Bien Hoa Industrial Park boasts a modern and superior infrastructure system, surpassing both national and regional standards. Its advanced management system and high-quality infrastructure ensure a safe and efficient production environment.<\/p>

Internal Transportation<\/b><\/strong>
The internal road network is built to high standards, featuring 4-lane reinforced concrete roads with two layers, each 40 cm thick, ensuring safety and cleanliness for goods transportation and vehicle circulation.<\/p>

Power Supply System<\/b><\/strong>
A reliable power source is provided by a 40MW thermal power plant on a 100,000 m\u00b2 site, ensuring sufficient electricity for all production areas even during external grid outages.<\/p>

Public Lighting System<\/b><\/strong>
The public lighting network is designed separately from the residential power supply system and installed along the main internal roads.<\/p>

Water Supply System<\/b><\/strong>
The park\u2019s water supply capacity reaches 2,000 m\u00b3\/day, fully meeting investors\u2019 needs. The clean water treatment plant has a capacity of 8,000 m\u00b3\/day-night, ensuring adequate supply for all enterprises.<\/p>

Stormwater and Wastewater Drainage System<\/b><\/strong>
The stormwater drainage system is separated from the wastewater system. Underground pipelines (\u00d8600~2000) are installed along internal roads, discharging rainwater into Bi Stream and then into the Dong Nai River. Discharging domestic or industrial wastewater, or oil, into the stormwater system is strictly prohibited.<\/p>

Solid Waste Management<\/b><\/strong>
Solid waste generated within the park is collected at a central transfer station. Enterprises sign contracts with authorized waste collection companies to sort, collect, and transport waste out of the park, preventing environmental pollution.<\/p>

Wastewater Treatment<\/b><\/strong>
The wastewater treatment plant has an operational capacity of 1,000 m\u00b3\/day, with a designed capacity of up to 4,000 m\u00b3\/day.<\/p>

Telecommunication System<\/b><\/strong>
