General Introduction<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

Phu An Thanh Industrial Park (PAT IP) was established in 2007 with a total planned area of 1,002 ha<\/b><\/strong>, developed in two phases:<\/p>

Phase 1:<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0307 ha and an additional 80 ha expansion.<\/p>

Phase 2:<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0A Mixed-Use Commercial and Residential Complex, including 300 ha of industrial land<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0and 310 ha of residential land<\/b><\/strong>.<\/p>

The infrastructure investor is Phu An Thanh Joint Stock Company (PAT JSC)<\/b><\/strong>.<\/p>

On March 27, 2021<\/b><\/strong>, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 469\/QD-TTg<\/b><\/strong>, approving the adjustment to reduce the industrial park area to 352.7511 ha<\/b><\/strong>.<\/p>

The park is located on land with favorable geological conditions, featuring high soil bearing capacity (12 tons\/m\u00b2), suitable for all industries, particularly for heavy-structure factories<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0with significantly lower foundation construction costs compared to other industrial parks.<\/p>

PAT IP is well-connected to the region\u2019s major transportation routes, adjacent to Ho Chi Minh City\u2019s dynamic commercial hub and the Southern Economic Triangle. It also serves as a gateway to the Mekong Delta and the East Sea<\/b><\/strong>, giving investors convenient access to vast consumer markets and global trade.<\/p>

Acceptance of Polluting Industries<\/b><\/strong><\/h5>

Phu An Thanh Industrial Park is approved by Long An Provincial People\u2019s Committee and the Economic Zone Management Board<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0to accommodate industries with higher pollution levels such as:<\/p>

Textile dyeing<\/p>

Leather tanning<\/p>

The IP has designated separate zones<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0for different industries based on their pollution levels.<\/p>

At the same time, PAT IP is conducting feasibility studies on eco-friendly technologies<\/b><\/strong>, such as solar street lighting, hydropower, and green-certified buildings<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0(LOTUS, LEED).<\/p>

Both domestic and foreign investors are fully supported with infrastructure and services to ensure smooth production and business operations.<\/p>
