The Duc Hoa III \u2013 Slico Industrial Park project is one of 13 component industrial parks within the Duc Hoa III Industrial Zone, approved by the People\u2019s Committee of Long An Province under Decision No. 3468\/Q\u0110-UBNC dated December 31, 2008, with an initial area of 195.79 ha.<\/p>

The Duc Hoa III \u2013 Slico Industrial Park officially commenced on May 15, 2020, in Duc Lap Ha Commune, Duc Hoa District, Long An Province. This IP is regarded as a model industrial park, meeting green space and environmental protection requirements, making it highly attractive to both domestic and foreign enterprises and contributing to Long An\u2019s overall economic development.<\/p>

The infrastructure investor is Saigon \u2013 Long An Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company, with a total investment capital of VND 388 billion.<\/p>

On September 26, 2022, Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh signed Decision No. 1129\/Q\u0110-TTg approving adjustments to the investment policy of the Duc Hoa III \u2013 Slico IP infrastructure project. Accordingly, the area of Duc Hoa III \u2013 Slico IP was reduced from 195.79 ha to 157.27 ha (a reduction of 38.526 ha).<\/p>

Urban-Service Industrial Park Model<\/b><\/strong><\/h5>

Duc Hoa III \u2013 Slico IP follows the \u201cIndustrial Park \u2013 Urban \u2013 Service\u201d model. It is the third-largest IP among the 13 Duc Hoa III industrial parks and is oriented as a Green \u2013 Clean \u2013 Modern Industrial Park<\/b><\/strong>. Accordingly, Slico prioritizes environmentally friendly, clean industries, aiming to build a sustainable development model and a supportive service ecosystem for industrial activities, thus attracting high-quality investors.<\/p>

Duc Hoa III \u2013 Slico IP serves as a gateway connecting the Northwest and Southwest of Ho Chi Minh City via Ring Roads 3 and 4. It also lies along National Highway 22, one of HCMC\u2019s largest economic corridors, linking to the Moc Bai International Border Gate. Additionally, the IP is strategically located between three major residential clusters (Duc Hoa, Hau Nghia, Cu Chi), benefiting from well-developed transport infrastructure.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In addition to two 4-lane main roads (36m-wide road and D1 Road), the IP allocates over 26 ha for internal transport infrastructure, 41.94 ha for greenery and water surfaces, and 2 ha for warehouses. Internal roads have a minimum width of 25m, while main roads are 30m wide, all lined with green sidewalks.<\/p>

Power Supply<\/b><\/strong>
110\/22KV power source ensures stable and sufficient supply for investors.<\/p>

Public Lighting<\/b><\/strong>
The road lighting network is designed separately from the residential electricity supply and runs along all main traffic routes.<\/p>

Water Supply<\/b><\/strong>
Main pipelines (\u03a6250mm) and branch pipelines (\u03a6200\u2013150mm) are connected to two water supply plants, meeting both industrial and domestic water demands.<\/p>
