Thu Thua Industrial Park was established in 2019 and is invested by Thu Thua Industrial Park & Urban Development Joint Stock Company. The Industrial Park is located in Thu Thua Town, Thu Thua District, Long An Province, with a total planned area of 188.88 ha, of which 127.79 ha is leasable industrial land.<\/p>

Thu Thua Industrial Park enjoys a strategic location that connects with major political and economic centers of the Southern Key Economic Zone, while also linking with arterial transport routes such as Ho Chi Minh City \u2013 Trung Luong Expressway and Ben Luc \u2013 Long Thanh Expressway. This promises to make the Industrial Park a focal point for industrial investment in the area adjacent to Ho Chi Minh City, especially as earlier-developed industrial parks are reaching saturation and the government encourages the expansion of industries to suburban and satellite areas.<\/p>

Thu Thua Industrial Park is located in Thu Thua Town, Thu Thua District, Long An Province. It serves as a gateway for trade between the Southern Key Economic Region and the Mekong Delta provinces. Convenient transport connections include Provincial Road 830, planned Ring Road 4, Provincial Road 10 with a width of 42 m, and Ho Chi Minh City \u2013 Trung Luong \u2013 Can Tho Expressway, which directly links to downtown Ho Chi Minh City. Internal Transportation<\/b><\/strong>
The internal transport system is rationally planned with two main roads of 25.25m and 30m in width, along with a network of secondary roads of 19.5m width. The layout ensures compliance with industrial park service requirements such as fire prevention and fighting, emergency response, logistics, and safe movement of goods and personnel.<\/p>

Power Supply<\/b><\/strong>
The medium-voltage power system is connected to the national grid via a 22KV line from Ben Luc 110KV substation (dual circuit). Power is distributed to factory gates via underground cables.<\/p>

Public Lighting<\/b><\/strong>
A dedicated street lighting system is installed separately from the general power supply, running along all main traffic routes.<\/p>

Water Supply<\/b><\/strong>
Industrial and domestic water is supplied by Long An Water Supply Company. In the short term, groundwater will be used as a reserve source until the Long An Water Plant project comes into operation, ensuring sufficient supply that meets required standards.<\/p>

Drainage System<\/b><\/strong>
Stormwater drainage is separated from wastewater drainage and fully constructed. Green spaces are distributed throughout the park to support environmental sanitation, mitigate noise, dust, and smoke pollution, and enhance the overall landscape.<\/p>

Solid Waste Management<\/b><\/strong>
Designated collection points for domestic and hazardous waste are arranged outside buildings, with periodic collection by authorized service providers.<\/p>

Wastewater Treatment<\/b><\/strong>
Each factory pre-treats its wastewater to meet standards before discharge into the park\u2019s drainage network. The centralized wastewater treatment plant has a capacity of 4,000 m\u00b3\/day<\/b><\/strong>, treating effluents to meet TCVN 6980-2001<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0standards before discharge into canals and the Vam Co Dong River.<\/p>

Telecommunications<\/b><\/strong>
