General Information<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

Becamex VSIP Industrial, Urban and Service Park Binh Dinh (hereinafter referred to as Becamex Binh Dinh IP) is an Integrated Industrial and Urban Park developed under the socio\u2013economic cooperation agreement between Binh Duong Province and Binh Dinh Province for the period 2017\u20132021. The project is located in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, Canh Vinh Commune, Van Canh District, Binh Dinh Province.<\/p>

On February 18, 2020, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 270\/QD-TTg approving the investment policy for the construction and operation of infrastructure of Becamex Binh Dinh Industrial Park. In April 2020, the Binh Dinh Provincial People\u2019s Committee approved the 1\/2000 zoning plan for Becamex A Industrial \u2013 Urban Subzone (Subzone 7) in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, with a total planned area of 1,425.4 ha. On July 2, 2021, the Provincial People\u2019s Committee issued Decision No. 2777\/QD-UBND approving the 1\/500 detailed construction plan for Hiep Vinh 1A Resettlement \u2013 Residential Area within Becamex A Industrial \u2013 Urban Park (Subzone 7), Nhon Hoi Economic Zone.<\/p>

According to the Project Management Board, Becamex Binh Dinh Industrial Park has a total area of approximately 2,308 ha with a total investment of VND 9,000 billion, implemented in two phases.<\/p>

Phase 1 covers about 1,425 ha, including 1,000 ha of industrial land and 425 ha of urban land, with an estimated investment of VND 5,000 billion. Phase 2 has an estimated investment of VND 4,000 billion on an area of about 883 ha, including commercial and service land, resettlement land, healthcare, education, public facilities and green parks. The project was commenced in September 2020 and is being actively implemented. Once fully operational, it is expected to attract around USD 2 billion in industrial investment and create jobs for 120,000\u2013150,000 local and regional workers.<\/p>

Becamex Industrial Development and Investment Corporation \u2013 JSC (Becamex IDC Corp) is the infrastructure developer of the industrial park. With more than 40 years of development, Becamex has become a leading and reputable brand in industrial park infrastructure, residential areas, urban development and transportation infrastructure.<\/p>

The project is strategically located adjacent to National Highway 19C, with National Highway 1A running through the area, facilitating connectivity with provinces and cities.<\/p>

The project is close to Quy Nhon International Seaport and Phu Cat International Airport, meeting investors\u2019 logistics and cargo transportation needs. Becamex VSIP Binh Dinh Industrial Park is located in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, Canh Vinh Commune, Van Canh District, Binh Dinh Province. This is a strategic location at the center of the South Central Coast Key Economic Region, with easy access to National Highway 19 connecting to Quy Nhon City and seaports. In the near future, cargo capacity will be further improved with the development of Nhon Hoi Port. Becamex VSIP Binh Dinh provides international standard industrial infrastructure, fully meeting all production and operation requirements of investors. Investors are provided with a synchronous and highly connected infrastructure system including: operation center, factories and workshops, green areas, technical infrastructure (power stations, water supply, wastewater treatment, telecommunications, internet services, and transportation system).<\/p>

Internal Transportation<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

Internal roads are well planned and synchronously developed, ensuring stable and efficient operation for investors\u2019 production and business activities.<\/p>

Power Supply<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

Total power capacity: 151.2 MW (supplied by Binh Dinh Power Company).<\/p>

Public Lighting System<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

Street lighting network is designed separately from residential power supply and arranged along major traffic routes.<\/p>

Water Supply<\/b><\/strong><\/p>
