Internal Transportation
Designed to ensure smooth and efficient movement throughout the park.

• • Branch roads: 22 meters wide, 2 lanes

Power Supply
Electricity is supplied from a 110/35/22kV substation. The high-voltage network runs alongside the internal roads of the park.

Public Lighting
The street lighting system is independently designed from the main power system and installed along traffic routes.

Water Supply
Clean water is supplied at a capacity of 30,000 m³/day from a centralized water plant. Distribution is made to each plant boundary via international-standard piping.

Drainage System (Rainwater & Wastewater)
A complete rainwater drainage system has been installed throughout the park.

Waste Management
Factories within the park sign contracts for waste classification, collection, and removal to Prevent environmental pollution.
Gas emissions from factories must be filtered to meet national standards before being released into the environment.

Wastewater Treatment
Wastewater is collected and treated at the park’s centralized wastewater treatment plant, meeting Grade A standards (QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT) before being discharged. The plant has a treatment capacity of 2,900 m³/day.

Telecommunications
The park’s telecom center connects to the national network, ensuring full communication services: private PBX, international calls, video conferencing, leased lines, high-speed internet, email, etc.
