Tra Noc 2 Industrial Park – Can Tho City – Area: 157.7 hectares – Operating period: 1998–2048

Tra Noc 2 Industrial Park was established under Decision No. 381/QDTTg dated May 5, 1998, by the Prime Minister. It is located in Phuoc Thoi Ward, O Mon District, Can Tho City—an area with exceptional transport links and fully developed infrastructure.
The park developer, CIPCO, has implemented a wastewater treatment system with a capacity of 12,000 m³/day, of which Phase 1 with 6,000 m³/day has been operational since January 2016; Phase 2 adds another 6,000 m³/day. The park is fully occupied with domestic and foreign investors—including companies from Thailand, China, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, France, the USA, Cuba, the Netherlands, and joint ventures—reflecting its high investment attractiveness.

Internal Roads
Internal roads are fully constructed and connected to national highways. They meet H20–H30 load-bearing standards for heavy vehicles.

Electricity is sourced from O Mon Power Station, with a capacity of 2,800 MW, ensuring stable and full power for production activities within the park.
Public Lighting
The street lighting system is independent of the domestic power network and installed along major aisles.
Water Supply
Distributed via both the municipal water station and an on-site plant at Tra Noc 2 that complies with national standard QCVN 01:2009/BYT, issued by the Ministry of Health (Circular No. 04/2009/TT-BYT, June 17, 2009).
Drainage System
Complete, separate systems are in place for rainwater and wastewater.
Waste Management
Tenants sign contracts with licensed waste handling companies for proper disposal of industrial waste.
Wastewater Treatment
The full system has a total capacity of 12,000 m³/day: Phase 1’s 6,000 m³/day is operational, with Phase 2 underway.
Telecommunications
Can Tho’s modern telecom infrastructure supports high-speed internet, e-commerce networks, and international communications. Providers include VNPT, Viettel, FPT Telecom, Saigon Postel, Hanoi Telecom, Maritime Telecom, and Power Telecom.
