Dau Giay Industrial Park was established under Business Registration Certificate No. 3600854383 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Dong Nai Province on October 11, 2006, and Decision No. 2802/QD-UBND dated August 27, 2008 by the People’s Committee of Dong Nai Province.
Currently, Dau Giay Industrial Park has a medium-to-large scale with a total area of 330.8 ha. It is planned in Bau Ham 2 and Xuan Thanh Communes, Thong Nhat District, Dong Nai Province.
The park is developed as a modern industrial zone model, including a residential area, an entertainment center, and sports service facilities. It is aligned with the development planning of Thong Nhat District under the general orientation of Dong Nai Province. Once in operation, it is expected to create jobs for over 20,000 local workers and attract labor from surrounding areas.
Location
Dau Giay Industrial Park has convenient connectivity to both road and waterway networks, including National Highways 1 and 20, Provincial Road 769, the North–South Railway, the Ho Chi Minh City – Long Thanh – Dau Giay Expressway, Thi Vai Port Cluster, Long Thanh International Airport, Dong Nai Port, Binh Duong Port, Phu My Port, Go Dau Port, Cat Lai Port, and Cai Mep Port.
Infrastructure
Internal Transportation
Main roads: 15 m wide; standard internal roads: 10 m wide. Designed to withstand H30 load capacity.
Power Supply
Electricity provided by Dau Giay 110 kV substation, connected to the 500 kV North–South transmission line, with a capacity of 63 MW, and a 22 kV distribution network serving the entire park.
Public Lighting
A separate lighting network installed along traffic routes, independent from the residential power supply system.
Water Supply
Stable supply of 10,000 m³/day from Gia Tan Water Plant, plus a 300 m³ water tower and a 2,000 m³ water reservoir within the park.
Stormwater & Wastewater Drainage
Separate systems for stormwater and wastewater. Stormwater is discharged via an underground pipeline system (Ø 600–2000 mm) directly to Bi Stream, then to the Dong Nai River. Discharging domestic or industrial wastewater into the stormwater system is strictly prohibited.
Solid Waste Management
Waste is collected at a central transfer station. All factories are required to sign contracts for waste sorting, collection, and transportation outside the park to avoid environmental pollution.
Wastewater Treatment
Existing Phase 1 plant capacity: 2,000 m³/day; total capacity after full investment: 8,000 m³/day. Discharge meets Type A standard under QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT.
Telecommunication
Services provided by VNPT, FPT, and Viettel. Transmission speed: ADSL up to 8 Mbps; fiber-optic cable up to 90 Mbps.
