Long Binh Industrial Park (LOTECO) was established on April 10, 1996, based on an investment agreement between SOJITZ Corporation (a Japanese Trading and Investment Group) and Thai Son Corporation (under the Ministry of National Defense). Located in Long Binh Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province, with a total area of 100 hectares, the park is currently developed and operated by Long Binh Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd.
Over the years, LOTECO has grown through various stages and is now recognized as one of the top investment destinations for foreign investors in Vietnam.

LOTECO enjoys a highly strategic location near the Dong Nai River and two major national highways: National Highway 1A, part of the Trans-Asia route connecting Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, and National Highway 51, which links Bien Hoa City directly to the Thi Vai Port complex in Ba Ria–Vung Tau Province, handling around 40% of Vietnam’s container throughput. With convenient access to road, waterway, and air transport, LOTECO offers an ideal location that significantly reduces transportation costs and time.
