Bien Hoa II Industrial Park is one of the earliest industrial parks established during the economic reform period (1990–2000), making it a key investment destination in Dong Nai Province. Strategically located near the transportation hub of the economic quadrilateral (Dong Nai – Binh Duong – Vung Tau – Ho Chi Minh City), the park is fully equipped with comprehensive utility services.
From its initial development phase in 1995, Bien Hoa II Industrial Park quickly attracted both domestic and foreign investors. Located in Long Binh Tan and An Binh Wards, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province, the park covers a total area of 394.62 ha and is invested by Sonadezi Long Binh Joint Stock Company. Despite being established early, Bien Hoa II is still regarded as a modern and high-quality industrial park.
By 2019, the industrial park had reached full occupancy with a 100% land lease rate. Bien Hoa II Industrial Park has welcomed numerous investors from Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Taiwan, Singapore, the United States, France, Malaysia, and Russia. It has hosted more than 130 projects, attracting prestigious investors such as Nestlé, Hisamitsu, Aqua, Cargill, Mabuchi, and Meggitt, with a total FDI capital of USD 2.252 billion.

Bien Hoa II Industrial Park is strategically located in Long Binh Tan and An Binh Wards, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province.
