Go Dau Industrial Park – Dong Nai Province – Area: 182.38 hectares – Duration: 1995 – 2045
Go Dau Industrial Park was established early, on October 18, 1995, under Decision No. 662/TTg of the Prime Minister. The park is located in Phuoc Thai Commune, Long Thanh District, Dong Nai Province, with a total area of 182.38 hectares, developed by Sonadezi Long Binh Joint Stock Company.
With the advantages of convenient transportation connectivity and well-developed infrastructure, Go Dau Industrial Park has effectively fulfilled its original planning objectives to become a strong industrial development hub along National Highway 51. It focuses on attracting projects in the chemical and fuel industries. The park has drawn significant interest from both domestic and foreign enterprises.
Go Dau Industrial Park is the only industrial park equipped with a fully developed in-park seaport system, with a handling capacity of up to 30,000 DWT. This offers a unique advantage in waterway cargo transportation and proximity to the natural gas supply from Ba Ria – Vung Tau.
Location
Situated in Phuoc Thai Commune, Long Thanh District, Dong Nai Province, Go Dau Industrial Park lies within the Southern Key Economic Region (Dong Nai, Ho Chi Minh City, Ba Ria – Vung Tau, and Binh Duong). With its unique in-park port system (capacity up to 30,000 DWT) and its proximity to natural gas supplies, the park holds a strategic advantage for investors.
Infrastructure
Internal Roads: Asphalt concrete roads with H30 load-bearing capacity ensure smooth and efficient cargo transport.
Power Supply: Electricity is provided by Dong Nai Power Company (a subsidiary of EVN), ensuring stable supply for all enterprises within the park.
Lighting System: Road lighting is designed separately from residential power supply, installed along all internal roads.
Water Supply: Provided by Phu My Water Supply JSC, with a capacity of 10,000 m³/day.
