Long Thanh Industrial Park was developed in 2003 and has become one of the key industrial parks in Dong Nai Province. The park is located in An Phuoc and Tam An Communes, Long Thanh District, Dong Nai Province. The infrastructure developer is Sonadezi Long Thanh Joint Stock Company (a subsidiary of Sonadezi Industrial Park Development Corporation).

The total area of the industrial park is approximately 488 hectares, including:

Industrial land: 309.13 ha

Service land: 24.68 ha

Green areas and public facilities: 154.19 ha

Investment Attraction

As of 2019, Long Thanh Industrial Park achieved a 100% occupancy rate with nearly 130 investment projects. Investors come from countries such as South Korea, Japan, the United States, Australia, Taiwan, France, Denmark, and Vietnam, all operating efficiently. Prominent tenants include Bosch Vietnam, Olympus Vietnam, Ajinomoto Vietnam, Acrowel Vietnam, Aurole Fine Chemical Products, among others.

After 20 years of operation (2003–2023), with strong support from Dong Nai Province and the financial capacity of Sonadezi Long Thanh JSC, the park has become a preferred destination for both domestic and foreign investors. Its enterprises have significantly contributed to local economic restructuring, tax revenue, import-export value, and job creation for approximately 10,000 workers.
