Nhon Trach 6 Industrial Park – Dong Nai

Nhon Trach 6 Industrial Park is located in Long Tho Commune, Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province. It lies within the planned 2,700 ha of industrial land of the province. Nhon Trach District is one of the localities with the highest FDI attraction rates in Southern Vietnam.

Nhon Trach 6 Industrial Park was established under Decision No. 406/TTg-KTN dated April 12, 2005, issued by the Prime Minister approving the investment policy. The industrial park was officially founded in 2005 with a total area of 314.23 ha, comprising 5 subzones: Nhon Trach 6A, 6B, 6C, 6D, and 6E. The registered charter capital exceeds VND 1,000 billion. It is also one of the few industrial parks in Dong Nai with three infrastructure developers, including:

  • Nhon Trach 6A Industrial Park Construction Investment Co., Ltd.
  • Tin Nghia Corporation JSC
  • Saigon Construction and Building Materials Investment JSC

Strategically positioned at a vital transportation hub of the Southern Key Economic Region, the park enjoys excellent accessibility by road, waterway, and air, making it highly attractive for investment and socio-economic development.

In 2015, Nhon Trach 6 Industrial Park was officially put into operation, with a development orientation as a priority industrial park for supporting industries. By 2019, it had achieved 100% occupancy rate of industrial land.

Location

The park is situated in Long Tho Commune, Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province, at the eastern gateway of the district, surrounded by major industrial zones such as Nhon Trach 1, 2, and 3. It is directly connected to key infrastructure such as National Highway 51 and the HCMC – Long Thanh – Dau Giay Expressway, making it a crucial logistics hub for the province and the wider region.

Infrastructure

Internal Transportation
Nhon Trach 6 IP has over 10 wide internal roads, built with hot asphalt and reinforced concrete, with sidewalks and green trees along both sides:

Main roads: width 25–30 m, load capacity 30 tons, with 4 traffic lanes.

Secondary roads: width 8–20 m. Roads under 10 m wide have 2 lanes, while larger ones have 4 lanes.

Power Supply

Nhon Trach Substation – Phase 1: Capacity 63 MVA, connected directly to the national grid.

On-site Power Plant: Capacity 40 MVA, using 110/22 KV lines, ensuring stable supply to production zones.

Lighting System: Independent from the power supply, installed along all roads.

Water Supply

Nhon Trach Water Plant: Capacity 100,000 m³/day, connected to the provincial water system (total 400,000 m³/day).

Ho Cau Moi Water Plant: Capacity 90,000 m³/day-night, ensuring abundant supply for production and workers’ needs.

Drainage
Stormwater drainage is separate from wastewater collection. Discharge of production or domestic wastewater into stormwater channels is strictly prohibited.

Waste Management
Solid waste is collected at transfer stations and removed under contracts with licensed waste collection companies.

Wastewater Treatment
A centralized wastewater treatment plant using modern technology with a capacity of 90,000 m³/day ensures safe environmental standards.

Telecommunications
Comprehensive telecom infrastructure with landlines, mobile, internet, and data services:

ADSL: 8 Mbps

Fiber-optic: 90 Mbps
