General Introduction
On March 21, 2021, Long An Province held the inauguration ceremony of Phuoc Dong Port Industrial Park, developed by IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company. Covering a total planned area of 128.8 hectares, the industrial park is located in the Southern Key Economic Region and is designed as a modern, eco-friendly, and green industrial park.
The green belt surrounding the park creates a harmonious landscape, highlighting the beauty of the adjacent river. Notably, the park utilizes a rooftop solar power system with a capacity of 30 megawatts across its warehouse complexes.
IMG Phuoc Dong Port Industrial Park is one of only two seaports in Long An Province. With a total investment capital of USD 430 million (divided into two phases), the project is expected to reach break-even within 8 years, generating an annual revenue of USD 60 million.
Location
The industrial park and port are located in Phuoc Dong Commune, Can Duoc District, Long An Province, within the Southern Key Economic Region, with a large labor supply from neighboring provinces and Ho Chi Minh City.
The project is accessible via Provincial Road 826B, which connects directly to National Highway 50, enabling travel to Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta provinces in less than an hour.
Phuoc Dong Port serves as a transshipment hub for the dynamic Western Region and international trade, integrated into Vietnam’s inland waterway port system. It also connects conveniently with major gateways such as Tan Son Nhat International Airport, Long An International Port, Cat Lai Port, and Cai Mep Port, making it a strong magnet for future investors.

Wastewater Treatment
Centralized wastewater treatment plant with capacity of 3,000 m³/day, meeting national environmental standards before discharge.

Underground fiber-optic system ensuring full telecom services (internet, data, voice, conferencing).
