Nam Thuan Industrial Park & Residential Area, formerly known as Dai Loc Industrial Park, covers a total area of 308 hectares for the industrial zone and approximately 99 hectares for the residential area.

The project is invested by Dai Loc Long An JSC with a total capital of more than VND 5,300 billion. The industrial park was designed with the goal of providing a low-cost, low-risk, and sustainable production environment, ensuring long-term stability for enterprises.

Nam Thuan IP offers a wide range of options including industrial land lease, land sublease, and warehouse rental, meeting the diverse needs of domestic and international investors.

On April 21, 2022, the Groundbreaking Ceremony of Nam Thuan IP & Residential Area was held. At the ceremony, the developer signed 8 investment contracts with a total capital of VND 1,340 billion, covering a leased land area of 22.79 ha.

Infrastructure Development

Nam Thuan IP & Residential Area is being developed with synchronous, modern infrastructure meeting international standards, fully equipped with utilities and services to maximize support for investors.

By the end of 2023: approximately 180 ha of technical infrastructure completed.

By the end of 2024: full completion of the entire project.

This is a key project in Long An’s industrial development plan, contributing to the province’s goal of becoming a growth hub at the gateway to the Mekong Delta. Thanks to its flexible transportation connectivity, the park is considered a “heart of connection”, linking surrounding projects, boosting regional economic growth, and facilitating logistics operations.
