Dong Nam A Industrial and Service Park (Bac Tan Tap IP) was approved under the 1/2000 master plan pursuant to Decision No. 2619/QD-UBND dated August 2, 2018, issued by the People’s Committee of Long An Province. With a total area of 396 hectares, the IP is part of an integrated development zone of nearly 2,000 hectares, which includes: Dong Nam A Long An Industrial Park, Dong Nam A Long An Industrial Service Park, Dong Nam A Long An Urban Area, and Long An International Port.
The project is invested by Long An Industrial Park JSC, a subsidiary of Dong Tam Group, and is located in Tan Tap Commune, Can Giuoc District, Long An Province.
With its strategic location tied to the importance of Long An International Port and the province’s role as a key growth driver of the Southern Economic Region, the establishment of Dong Nam A Industrial and Service Park marks a significant milestone in attracting foreign investment.
Benefiting from its direct adjacency to Long An International Port, the IP offers seamless multimodal connectivity by road, waterway, railway, and air, particularly as Can Giuoc District undergoes rapid development with synchronized infrastructure, meeting investment and production relocation demands from Ho Chi Minh City to Long An.
Location
Dong Nam A IP is located in Tan Tap Commune, Can Giuoc District, Long An Province. Long An borders Ho Chi Minh City to the southwest, serving as a vital gateway between the Southern Key Economic Zone and the Mekong Delta Region.
Infrastructure
Internal Transportation
Asphalt concrete roads built to Vietnamese standard H30.
Road widths range from 14 m to 45 m.
Provincial Road 830 has a planned width of 24 m.
Power Supply
110/22 kV substation, capacity (2 x 63) MVA, Nam Tan Tap.
Public Lighting
Street lighting network is independent from the production power supply system.
Water Supply
Supplied by Saigon Water Corporation.
Initially sourced from Bang Tam Water Plant with a capacity of 2,400 m³/day.
Dedicated pipelines (D100 – D600) deliver water across the park.
Fire hydrants are placed every 150 – 200 m.
Wastewater & Stormwater Drainage
Separate drainage systems.
Stormwater discharged into the IP’s drainage canal system.
Wastewater is collected via underground pipelines and conveyed to a central treatment plant.
Solid Waste Treatment
Collected at a transfer station, sorted, and transported to treatment facilities.
Wastewater Treatment
Treated at a centralized plant in compliance with QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT.
Telecommunications
Underground infrastructure, providing full telecom services per investor demand.
