Vinh Loc 2 Industrial Park – Long An Province – Total Area: 561.5 ha – Lease Term: Until 2055
Vinh Loc 2 Industrial Park was established under Official Dispatch No. 692/Ttg-CN dated June 3, 2005, by the Prime Minister; Decision No. 2709/QD-UBND dated January 7, 2005, by the People’s Committee of Long An Province; and Decision No. 2384/QD-BXD dated December 28, 2005, by the Ministry of Construction.
In 2008, the Land Clearance and Compensation Committee of Ben Luc District carried out compensation and land clearance, handing over the site to Vinh Loc – Ben Luc Industrial Park Investment and Construction JSC (VL2) for project implementation.
The current investor is Vinh Loc – Ben Luc Industrial Park Investment and Construction JSC.
Total area: 561.5 ha
Phase 1: 259.8 ha (including 225.985 ha for industrial land and 33.815 ha for resettlement & workers’ housing).
Phase 2: 301.7 ha
The IP is built on flat terrain with strong soil bearing capacity and a fully completed infrastructure system.
The entire Vinh Loc 2 IP has been compensated, cleared, granted land use rights certificates, and the investor has fully paid the 50-year land lease tax upfront. Investors are eligible to receive separated Land Use Rights Certificates upon full payment of land lease fees.
Location
Vinh Loc 2 IP is located at Km 1929 – 1930, National Highway 1A, Voi La Hamlet, Long Hiep Commune, Ben Luc Town, Long An Province, bordering Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.

- South: National Highway 1A & Long Hiep II IP
- East: Resettlement area & workers’ housing of VL2 IP

Infrastructure
Internal Transportation
Main access roads: VL1 Road (directly connected to National Highway 1) and VL2 Road.
Asphalt concrete roads with ROW 30–47 m (main roads) and ROW 8–20 m (secondary roads).
Wide sidewalks with green trees for shade.
Power Supply
Phase 1: Power supplied from the National Grid via Go Den Substation (110/22kV).
Phase 2: Power supplied from the dedicated 110/22kV station of VL2 IP.
Public Lighting
Independent lighting system along main and internal roads.
Water Supply
Phase 1: 5,000 – 7,000 m³/day from Go Den Water Plant.
Phase 2: 7,000 – 12,000 m³/day from VL2’s water treatment station via pipeline network to each leased lot.
Drainage & Wastewater
Separate stormwater and wastewater systems.
Wastewater collected through underground pipelines and treated at the central wastewater treatment plant before discharge.
Capacity: 2,000 m³/day (Phase 1), complying with QCVN 24:2009/BTNMT.
Solid Waste Management
Collected at transfer stations and transported to Long An’s waste treatment facilities.
Telecommunications
Provided by Viettel Telecom: fiber optic network, capacity of 3,900 subscribers, ensuring stable and international-standard communications.
