Duc Hoa III – Slico Industrial Park – Long An Province – Area: 157.27 ha – Operation term: until 2058
The Duc Hoa III – Slico Industrial Park project is one of 13 component industrial parks within the Duc Hoa III Industrial Zone, approved by the People’s Committee of Long An Province under Decision No. 3468/QĐ-UBNC dated December 31, 2008, with an initial area of 195.79 ha.
The Duc Hoa III – Slico Industrial Park officially commenced on May 15, 2020, in Duc Lap Ha Commune, Duc Hoa District, Long An Province. This IP is regarded as a model industrial park, meeting green space and environmental protection requirements, making it highly attractive to both domestic and foreign enterprises and contributing to Long An’s overall economic development.
The infrastructure investor is Saigon – Long An Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company, with a total investment capital of VND 388 billion.
On September 26, 2022, Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh signed Decision No. 1129/QĐ-TTg approving adjustments to the investment policy of the Duc Hoa III – Slico IP infrastructure project. Accordingly, the area of Duc Hoa III – Slico IP was reduced from 195.79 ha to 157.27 ha (a reduction of 38.526 ha).
Urban-Service Industrial Park Model
Duc Hoa III – Slico IP follows the “Industrial Park – Urban – Service” model. It is the third-largest IP among the 13 Duc Hoa III industrial parks and is oriented as a Green – Clean – Modern Industrial Park. Accordingly, Slico prioritizes environmentally friendly, clean industries, aiming to build a sustainable development model and a supportive service ecosystem for industrial activities, thus attracting high-quality investors.
Moreover, Slico also focuses on creating a modern IP – Urban – Service model that attracts human resources, generates employment opportunities for local residents, improves living standards, and boosts local economic growth.
Location
Duc Hoa III – Slico IP serves as a gateway connecting the Northwest and Southwest of Ho Chi Minh City via Ring Roads 3 and 4. It also lies along National Highway 22, one of HCMC’s largest economic corridors, linking to the Moc Bai International Border Gate. Additionally, the IP is strategically located between three major residential clusters (Duc Hoa, Hau Nghia, Cu Chi), benefiting from well-developed transport infrastructure.

Internal Roads
In addition to two 4-lane main roads (36m-wide road and D1 Road), the IP allocates over 26 ha for internal transport infrastructure, 41.94 ha for greenery and water surfaces, and 2 ha for warehouses. Internal roads have a minimum width of 25m, while main roads are 30m wide, all lined with green sidewalks.
Power Supply
110/22KV power source ensures stable and sufficient supply for investors.
Public Lighting
The road lighting network is designed separately from the residential electricity supply and runs along all main traffic routes.
Water Supply
Main pipelines (Φ250mm) and branch pipelines (Φ200–150mm) are connected to two water supply plants, meeting both industrial and domestic water demands.
Drainage System
Rainwater drainage via box culverts and covered canals with one-way valves.
Waste Collection & Treatment
Domestic and hazardous waste collection points are located outside buildings and collected regularly by licensed operators.
Wastewater Treatment
Centralized wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of over 6,000 m³/day-night, applying combined physicochemical and biological treatment technologies to ensure compliance with strict environmental standards.
Telecommunication
Full access to modern telecommunications services, including telephone, fax, and high-speed internet.

The IP prioritizes investment projects in high-tech and environmentally friendly industries.
Labor Costs
Located in Duc Lap Ha Commune, Duc Hoa District, Long An Province, the IP falls under Region II, with a minimum monthly wage of VND 4,160,000.
