Loc Giang Industrial Park – Long An Province – Area: 466 ha – Lease term: until 2072
Loc Giang Industrial Park was established under Decision No. 490/QĐ-TTg dated April 19, 2022, approving the investment policy for the construction and infrastructure business project of Lộc Giang Industrial Park, Long An province. The infrastructure investor is Saigon Northwest Urban Development JSC, with a total area of 466 ha.
Before developing Loc Giang Industrial Park, Saigon Urban Development JSC had established a strong reputation with projects such as Tân Phú Trung Industrial Park in Củ Chi (542 ha), Tân Tập Industrial Park in Long An (654 ha), and many others.
Loc Giang Industrial Park features a modern technical infrastructure system designed for large-scale operations at optimized costs. The water supply, power grid, telecommunications, and wastewater treatment systems are comprehensively invested, ensuring high capacity, efficient operation, and compliance with strict environmental standards.
Additionally, the project integrates facilities to serve residents and a diverse labor force, including shopping centers, medical stations, sports complexes, parks, swimming pools, kindergartens, and schools.
Land Clearance Progress
The investor is completing site clearance and compensation for local households. As of early July 2024, compensation payments had been made to 50 households, covering nearly 34 ha with more than VND 249 billion disbursed. A total of 262 households have been approved for resettlement.
Location
Loc Giang Industrial Park is strategically located at the intersection of Tan My, An Ninh Dong, and Loc Giang communes, Duc Hoa district, Long An province. The project has convenient connections to major industrial zones, Ho Chi Minh City, and neighboring provinces such as Tay Ninh, Binh Duong, and Tien Giang via regional routes DT825, DT822, Provincial Road 7, and Provincial Road 6. It also provides easy access to established amenities along Nguyen An Ninh Street, Provincial Road 821, and National Highway N2.
Infrastructure
Internal Transportation
The main roads within the project have widths up to 45 m, with secondary roads ranging from 25–35 m, ensuring smooth circulation. Green belts and water surfaces are integrated to create a clean and eco-friendly working environment.
Power Supply
A transformer station will be built inside the IP to ensure stable and sufficient electricity supply for investors.
Lighting System
Street lighting operates independently from the residential power system, installed along major internal roads.
Water Supply
Main pipelines (Φ250 mm) and branch pipelines (Φ200–150 mm) provide sufficient supply for production and domestic use.
Drainage System
Rainwater is drained via box culverts with one-way valves and covered canals.
Waste Collection
Domestic and hazardous waste collection points are arranged outside factories, with periodic collection by authorized units.
Wastewater Treatment
Enterprises must pre-treat wastewater to meet Standard B – QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT.
The IP’s central treatment plant processes wastewater to Standard A – QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT, with an automatic monitoring system before discharge into the environment.
Telecommunications
The IP ensures reliable access to telephone, fax, internet, and other communication services.

Loc Giang Industrial Park is designed as a multi-sector, general industrial zone, prioritizing clean industries with modern production lines.
Labor Costs
Loc Giang IP is located in Region II, with a minimum wage of VND 4,160,000 per month.
Social Infrastructure
Customs services: Conveniently located nearby, assisting enterprises with import-export procedures.
Banking services: Branches of BIDV, Agribank, Techcombank, Sacombank, etc.
Postal services: Including mail and parcel delivery, money transfers, bill payments, savings, and digital services.
Public transport: Full access to inter-provincial buses and coaches.
Fire safety: On-site firefighting team, fire trucks, training programs, and hydrants every 150 m (Φ100 mm).
