Thanks to its central position between two “industrial hub” communes in Long An, the industrial park is surrounded by clusters of industrial parks and urban areas ranging from a few dozen hectares to thousands of hectares.

In addition, the project is adjacent to major economic transport routes that play a vital role in inter-regional connectivity with Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta provinces, such as the North-South Expressway, Ho Chi Minh City – Trung Luong Expressway, DT824, Ring Road 4, and National Highway 1A.

The Tandoland Industrial Park project is designed as a new modern industrial park model with full amenities. The project is scientifically planned and systematically divided into functional zones to create a convenient and modern living and working space. Green areas, water surfaces, and amenities are harmoniously arranged, creating a spacious and attractive environment. Tandoland is expected to bring a new wave contributing to the industrialization of Ben Luc district.

Location

Tandoland Industrial Park is located in Luong Hoa and Tan Hoa communes, Ben Luc district, Long An province. This location is the focal point of many industrial park – urban clusters of various scales, making it easy for the project to connect to existing infrastructure and surrounding amenities.

The project is also adjacent to major transport routes such as the North-South Expressway, DT824, Ho Chi Minh City – Trung Luong Expressway, Ring Road 4, and National Highway 1A. These routes play an important role in regional connectivity between Ben Luc – Long An, Ho Chi Minh City, and the Mekong Delta provinces.
