Internal Transportation
The internal transport system is rationally planned with two main roads of 25.25m and 30m in width, along with a network of secondary roads of 19.5m width. The layout ensures compliance with industrial park service requirements such as fire Prevention and fighting, emergency response, logistics, and safe movement of goods and personnel.

Power Supply
The medium-voltage power system is connected to the national grid via a 22KV line from Ben Luc 110KV substation (dual circuit). Power is distributed to factory gates via underground cables.

Public Lighting
A dedicated street lighting system is installed separately from the general power supply, running along all main traffic routes.

Water Supply
Industrial and domestic water is supplied by Long An Water Supply Company. In the short term, groundwater will be used as a reserve source until the Long An Water Plant project comes into operation, ensuring sufficient supply that meets required standards.

Drainage System
Stormwater drainage is separated from wastewater drainage and fully constructed. Green spaces are distributed throughout the park to support environmental sanitation, mitigate noise, dust, and smoke pollution, and enhance the overall landscape.

Solid Waste Management
Designated collection points for domestic and hazardous waste are arranged outside buildings, with periodic collection by authorized service providers.

Wastewater Treatment
Each factory pre-treats its wastewater to meet standards before discharge into the park’s drainage network. The centralized wastewater treatment plant has a capacity of 4,000 m³/day, treating effluents to meet TCVN 6980-2001 standards before discharge into canals and the Vam Co Dong River.

Telecommunications
A modern telecommunications network is established to international standards, including MDF systems, telephone lines, and high-speed internet connections, ensuring full communication services for investors.
