Linh Trung III Export Processing and Industrial Zone – Tay Ninh. Area: 202.67 ha – Operation Term: 2002–2052
Linh Trung Export Processing Zone is a joint venture project between Vietnam and China. The Chinese partner is China National Electrical Equipment Import and Export Corporation, and the Vietnamese partner is Tan Thuan Industrial Promotion Company Limited. The total investment capital of the project is USD 65,500,000, with legal capital of USD 17,000,000, contributed equally by both parties. The total land area of the project is 327.50 ha, comprising Linh Trung I, II, and III.
Linh Trung I Export Processing Zone is located in Thu Duc District, Northeast of Ho Chi Minh City, with an area of 62 ha.
Linh Trung II Export Processing and Industrial Zone is located in Binh Chieu Ward, Thu Duc District, Ho Chi Minh City.
On December 27, 2002, the Ministry of Planning and Investment issued Investment License Adjustment No. 412/GPDC6, allowing Sepzone–Linh Trung Joint Venture Company to establish Linh Trung III Export Processing and Industrial Zone in An Tinh Commune, Trang Bang District, Tay Ninh Province. The total land area is 202.67 ha, of which 193.8 ha is industrial land and 10 ha is for worker and expert residential areas.
Foreign Investment Attraction
Construction of Linh Trung III Export Processing Zone started in 2004. A major milestone was achieved in 2008, when Linh Trung III was certified and applied ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System and ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System. By 2011, the infrastructure was fully completed, including: internal roads, stormwater and wastewater drainage systems, power supply, water supply, centralized wastewater treatment plant, water supply station, office buildings, customs office, worker and expert accommodation, and green landscape.
Linh Trung III Export Processing and Industrial Zone is one of the most successful industrial parks in Tay Ninh Province. Environmental protection in industrial activities is a top priority. To date, the occupancy rate has reached nearly 100%. The zone has attracted 69 FDI projects as well as domestic investment.
Location
Linh Trung III Export Processing and Industrial Zone is located in An Tinh Commune, Trang Bang District, Tay Ninh Province. It borders Cu Chi District (Ho Chi Minh City) and lies along the Trans-Asia Road, offering a strategic location with excellent transportation and infrastructure advantages for concentrated industrial development in Tay Ninh.
Infrastructure
Linh Trung III Export Processing and Industrial Zone is located on flat terrain with good soil foundation and high load-bearing capacity. The investor pays great attention to density and quality of infrastructure to meet international standards.
Internal Roads: Asphalt concrete roads designed to VN H18–H30 standards.
Power Supply: Provided from an 80 MVA substation connected to the national grid, with distribution to factory substations.
Lighting System: Independent from residential power, installed along internal roads.
Water Supply: A water plant with a capacity of 10,000 m³/day-night is operational. Water quality meets Vietnam TC 505/BYT standards and ensures sufficient supply for all tenants.
Drainage: Separate stormwater and wastewater drainage systems. Stormwater is collected via manholes and side drains along roads, flowing into canals leading to Dia Xu Canal. The system is divided into six basins discharging through six main pipelines.
Solid Waste Treatment: Collected and transferred to centralized stations under contracts with licensed operators, ensuring no environmental pollution.
Wastewater Treatment: Centralized treatment plant with capacity of 10,000 m³/day-night. Wastewater is pre-treated at factories before discharging into the zone’s plant, which meets TCVN 40:2011/BTNMT standards before discharge outside the zone.
Telecommunication: Equipped with a central telephone exchange up to 1,500 lines and ADSL broadband internet, provided by Viettel and VNPT, ensuring international communication for investors.
Key Industries
Linh Trung III Export Processing and Industrial Zone attracts multi-sector investments, with priority for: electronics, mechanics, sporting goods, garments, furniture, plastic products, plastic films, chemicals, for both export and domestic consumption.

Located in Region II, the minimum regional wage is VND 4,160,000/month.
