The investor has focused on infrastructure development to attract both domestic and foreign investors.

Internal Roads: Main roads DN3, DN2, and DD3 (width 40 m); Road 28 (width 31 m); Roads A, B, and DN4 (width 20 m).

Power Supply: Electricity supplied from 110/22KV substation of Moc Bai Trade and Urban Zone. Initially sourced from medium and low-voltage lines along National Highway 22 and Provincial Road 786 (about 500 m away).

Lighting System: Public lighting network designed independently from residential power, installed along internal roads.

Water Supply: Two water supply points – one at the intersection of Provincial Road 786 (pipe D200) and one at the intersection with National Highway 22 (pipe D300). Both connected into a D250 pipeline running along the main road parallel to National Highway 22.

Drainage: Separate stormwater and wastewater systems. Rainwater collected via manholes along sidewalks, then discharged into canals flowing into Dia Xu Canal. The drainage system is divided into six basins with six main pipelines.

Solid Waste Treatment: Industrial waste collected at centralized stations. Each enterprise signs contracts for waste classification, collection, and transportation to ensure no environmental pollution.

Wastewater Treatment: Centralized wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 4,300 m³/day, built on a 40 m x 40 m site.

Telecommunications: Connected to Tay Ninh Post and Telecommunications network with a capacity of 1,000 lines.
