Topography
The industrial park is built on relatively flat terrain with good geological foundations, solid ground, and strong load-bearing capacity.

Internal Roads
Internal roads are well-constructed with hot asphalt concrete pavement, load capacity H:30, ensuring 2–4 traffic lanes.

Power Supply
Electricity is supplied from the IP’s internal substation (110 kV/22 kV). The system includes one 40 MVA substation connected to the National Power Grid and distribution substations at each factory.

Lighting System
The public lighting grid is designed separately from the residential power supply and installed along main roads.

Water Supply
Capacity of 7,000 m³/day-night, sufficient for all investors.

Drainage System
Stormwater drainage system is separate from wastewater drainage. Underground pipelines are installed along roads. Discharge of wastewater or oil into the stormwater system is strictly prohibited.

Solid Waste Treatment
Solid waste is collected at transfer stations. Factories are required to contract licensed service providers for waste sorting, collection, and transportation. Standards applied: QCVN 30:2012/BTNMT, QCVN 07:2009/BTNMT.

Maximum treatment capacity: 108.6 tons/day

Current capacity: 70 tons/day

Wastewater Treatment
Central wastewater treatment plant capacity: 7,500 m³/day-night (current capacity: 5,600 m³/day-night). Standard: QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT. Input: Grade B, Output: Grade A.

Telecommunications
Services provided by VNPT and Viettel, including underground cable systems and BTS stations, meeting all communication needs.
