Chau Duc Urban Industrial Park – Ba Ria Vung Tau Province. Area: 1,556.14 ha – Term: until 2058.
Chau Duc Industrial Park was established under Decision No. 3600/QD-UBND dated October 16, 2008, by the People’s Committee of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province. The Chau Duc Industrial – Urban Park was initially approved with a planned scale of over 2,200 ha, including 1,550 ha for industrial land and 650 ha for urban and service land. The People’s Committee of Ba Ria – Vung Tau was assigned to coordinate with the developer to prepare and submit the development project for approval.
On September 30, 2019, the People’s Committee of Ba Ria – Vung Tau approved the detailed plan of the Chau Duc Industrial – Urban Park under Decision No. 2532/QD-UBND with a total area of 2,287 ha, of which 1,556.14 ha is industrial land, 689 ha is for urban and service land, and more than 42 ha is allocated for other purposes.
The infrastructure developer is Sonadezi Chau Duc Joint Stock Company. The project was designed as a modern industrial – urban – service park with premium facilities such as a golf course, residential zones, commercial centers, hospitals, and schools, creating a healthy living community and a sustainable production environment. The high-quality infrastructure was invested not only in technical aspects but also in landscaping, forming the image of a modern industrial city in Chau Duc District, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province.

Location
Chau Duc Industrial Park is located in Suoi Nghe and Nghia Thanh Communes (Chau Duc District), Song Xoai and Chau Pha Communes (Phu My Town), Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province.
Infrastructure
Internal Transportation
The internal road system is built with heavy-load capacity, suitable for industrial transportation. The main North–South axis road has 6 lanes, 2x12m carriageway, 6m median, with a total width of 54m. Branch roads have 2 lanes, 9–12m wide, with a right-of-way of 29–32m.
Power Supply
The industrial park is equipped with two 110KV/22KV transformer stations, each with a capacity of 2×63 MVA, ensuring stable electricity supply for all factories and the Chau Duc urban zone.
Public Lighting System
A separate public lighting grid is installed along all main roads.
Water Supply
The IP water treatment plant supplies clean water with a capacity of 150,000 m³/day and has pipelines connected to the factory boundary walls.
Wastewater & Rainwater Drainage
A separate system for wastewater and rainwater drainage is applied. Rainwater is discharged directly into the IP drainage canals.
Solid Waste Treatment
Solid waste is collected at transfer stations, classified at source, and transported to treatment sites.
Wastewater Treatment
The IP has 3 centralized wastewater treatment plants with respective capacities of 7,000 m³/day, 19,000 m³/day, and 19,000 m³/day, with a total capacity of 45,000 m³/day. Two plants are already in operation.
Telecommunications
Underground telecom infrastructure is available throughout the park, providing full telecommunication services.
