Phu Tho Industrial Parks Updates New List . Phu Tho is a midland and mountainous province in northern Vietnam. It holds a central position in the region and serves as the northwestern gateway to Hanoi, with a natural land area of 3,532 km². The province is located along the Hai Phong – Hanoi – Kunming (China) economic corridor. Phu Tho is 50 km from Noi Bai International Airport, 80 km from downtown Hanoi, 170 km from Hai Phong Port, and 200 km from both the Lao Cai – Hekou international border gate (between Vietnam and China’s Yunnan province) and the Thanh Thuy – Lang Son border gate.

Phu Tho also holds a strategic “river confluence” position, where three major rivers meet: the Red River, the Da River, and the Lo River. The province is accelerating the development of essential infrastructure and implementing key transportation projects such as the Tuyen Quang – Phu Tho Expressway, the connection road between Ho Chi Minh Highway and National Highway 70B, and National Highway 32C linking Phu Tho to Yen Bai province.

Phu Tho’s industrial parks and clusters are well connected to key transportation routes, including the Hanoi – Lao Cai Expressway, the Ho Chi Minh Highway, and National Highway 2. This provides excellent accessibility to Hanoi, Hai Phong Port, the northwestern provinces, and Yunnan, China.

2. Thuy Van Industrial Park

– Location: Thuy Van Commune, Viet Tri City, Phu Tho Province

– Total Area: 369 ha (Industrial land: 267 ha, Occupancy rate: 95%)

– Investment Sectors: High-tech, mechanical assembly, agro-forestry processing, electrical equipment, IT, etc.

– Connectivity: 0.8 km from IC10 of the Hanoi – Lao Cai Expressway, close to Phu Tho railway station and Red River waterway routes.
