Phu Tho Province Industrial Park. Phu Tho Province serves as the western gateway to Hanoi, connecting the capital with Vietnam’s Northwestern region. Covering an area of approximately 3,533 km², the province is centrally located in the northern mountainous region, at the “confluence of three rivers” where the Red River, Da River, and Lo River meet.
