Electricity is supplied via a 35kV grid connected to a 110kV substation, with a total capacity of 40KVA.

Public Lighting System:

The street lighting network is designed separately from the domestic electricity system and is installed along the main traffic routes.

Water Supply:

The water system meets both residential and industrial needs, with a maximum supply capacity of 10,000 m³/day and night, provided by the industrial park’s water treatment plant.

Wastewater and Stormwater Drainage:

Stormwater is drained naturally along roads into canals surrounding the industrial park, eventually flowing into nearby rivers and streams.

Wastewater is collected via drainage systems along roadways and treated at the centralized wastewater treatment plant.

Waste Management:

Investors will sign service contracts with professional waste treatment providers.

Wastewater from factories and domestic sources is processed at a centralized treatment facility with a capacity of 6,000 m³/day and night before being discharged into the environment.

Telecommunication Systems:

Telecommunication services are installed according to modern international standards, supporting both domestic and international communications.
