Internal Transportation
The land has been leveled, and the internal road system is fully connected to National Highway 1A, enabling convenient access throughout the park.

Power Supply
Electricity is supplied from the national grid via the Ky Hoa 110KV substation, with two 40 MVA transformers providing stable electricity to the industrial park.

Public Lighting
The road lighting system is installed separately from the residential power supply and runs along major internal routes.

Water Supply
Clean water is supplied by the Tam Hiep Water Plant, with a capacity of 20,000 m³/day, ensuring 24/7 availability and direct connection to each factory’s boundary.

Drainage (Stormwater & Wastewater)
Stormwater drainage is separated from the wastewater system. All rainwater is discharged through the park’s designated drainage channels.

Solid Waste Management
Solid waste is collected at a transfer station, sorted at the source, and transported to a treatment facility.

Wastewater Treatment
Wastewater is locally treated by each enterprise and then transferred to a centralized treatment facility. Phase 1 of Bac Chu Lai’s wastewater collection and treatment system, with a capacity of 1,900 m³/day, is already operational.

Telecommunications
A modern communication center provides full telecom coverage, including pre-installed telephone lines to each lot, with no limit on the number of connections.
