General Introduction

Danang Hi-Tech Park (DHTP) was established under Decision No. 1979/QĐ-TTg dated October 28, 2010, by the Prime Minister. Currently managed by the People’s Committee of Danang City, the park’s development is led by Trungnam E&C.

DHTP is the third national multi-functional hi-tech park in Vietnam, following Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park in Hanoi and Saigon Hi-Tech Park in Ho Chi Minh City. It is the only hi-tech park in the Central region.

Strategically located in Hoa Lien and Hoa Ninh communes of Hoa Vang District, DHTP aims to become a key destination for both domestic and foreign investors and to serve as a driving force for science and technology development in Danang and the broader Central Highlands region.

DHTP plays a critical role in research, development, technology transfer, application, hi-tech human resource training, business incubation, hi-tech manufacturing and service provision, commercialization of R&D results, and venture capital investment.

Master Planning

DHTP is divided into six main functional zones:

  • Residential zone
  • Logistics and support services zone
  • Infrastructure and utilities zone

Strategic Location

Located at the heart of Danang City, DHTP is designed as an eco-urban area harmonizing research, training, production, and a high-quality living environment.
