General Introduction
Da Nang Industrial Park was established under Investment License No. 689/GP dated October 21, 1993, issued by the Committee for Cooperation and Investment (now the Ministry of Planning and Investment). Located in An Hai Bac Ward, Son Tra District, Da Nang City, the park covers a total area of 50.1 hectares.
The infrastructure investor of the park is MASSDA Joint Venture Company. As of now, Da Nang Industrial Park has achieved 100% occupancy.

The park is located in An Hai Bac Ward, Son Tra District, Da Nang City – a strategic and easily accessible urban area.

Internal Transportation
The internal road system is fully developed and modern.

- Designed for smooth and efficient traffic circulation.
Power Supply
Stable power supply with voltage levels of 110/35/22KV, and a total capacity of 20 MVA.
Public Lighting
Street lighting is installed separately from the residential power system and runs along all traffic routes within the park.
Water Supply
Water supply capacity reaches 15,000 m³/day.
Drainage Systems
Rainwater and wastewater systems are separated.

Solid Waste Management
Solid waste is collected at a transfer station, sorted at source, and transported to a centralized treatment facility.

- QCVN 30:2012/BTNMT
The wastewater treatment system has a capacity of 15,000 m³/day.
