Internal Transportation
The internal road system is fully developed and rationally designed for smooth traffic flow. Main road: 51m wide, 300m long; 15m roads: 5,000m; 10.5m roads: 4,300m.
Sidewalks (2m wide) along the roads accommodate underground technical corridors for electricity, water supply and drainage, and telecommunications.

Power Supply
Power is drawn from the national 500KV grid and transmitted via a 110KV line. The park features a 40 MVA (110/22) substation and a 22KV internal distribution network.

Street Lighting
Public lighting is installed independently of residential electricity, along main traffic routes.

Water Supply
A dedicated water plant with a capacity of 5,000 m³/day supplies water to all factories. The park has a completed drainage and wastewater treatment system.

Stormwater and Wastewater Drainage
Stormwater is managed separately from wastewater and discharged into the industrial park’s channel system.

Waste Management
Solid waste is collected at a transfer station, sorted at the source, and transported to a designated treatment area.

Wastewater Treatment
Wastewater is centralized at the treatment plant. Only water treated to meet Vietnamese standards is released into the environment. The treatment plant has a designed capacity of 5,000 m³/day, with actual operations at 2,500 m³/day.

Telecommunications
The park is connected to a central communications hub. Telephone lines are pre-installed to each land lot, with no limit on the number of connections. A 3,000-line switchboard (phase I) provides nationwide and international coverage.
