Internal Transportation

• • East-West road from National Highway 1A: ~1.8 km long, red-line width: 29m (6.0+7.5+2.0+7.5+6.0)

• • Peripheral road parallel to Highway 1A: ~1.5 km long, red-line width: 27m (6.0+15.0+6.0)
  • Sidewalks (2m wide) host underground technical corridors for electricity, water, drainage, and telecom lines.

Power Supply
A 110kV power line passes through the park, connected to a 3,200 kVA (35/15kV) intermediate substation (Que Thuan) and the Que Trung station. The total district power capacity (Pmax) is 12.28 MW.

Public Lighting
Street lighting is independently installed along all main routes.

Water Supply
Water supply capacity is 2,900 m³/day, meeting the demand of onsite factories. A completed drainage and wastewater treatment system is in place.

Drainage (Stormwater & Wastewater)
Stormwater and wastewater drainage systems are separated. Rainwater is discharged through the park’s drainage canals.

Solid Waste Management
Solid waste is collected at transfer stations, sorted at the source, and transported to the treatment area.

Wastewater Treatment
Wastewater is collected and treated at the centralized facility. Only water meeting Vietnam’s national standards is discharged. The system has a capacity of 2,500 m³/day.

Telecommunications
Modern telecommunication infrastructure connects all plots to the communication hub. Telephone lines are pre-installed to each lot with unlimited capacity to meet demand.
