Internal Transportation
The park’s internal road system is fully developed and modern:

• • Main roads: 4 lanes, 24.5m wide
  • Secondary roads: 2 lanes, 15m or 10.5m wide
  • Internal roads total 19.29 km
  • Roads connecting to national and provincial roads total 2.56 km

Electricity Supply
The park is stably powered by the national grid via Hoa Cam 500KV substation in Cam Le District.
It includes:

• • 2 intermediate substations (110/22KV – 40MVA and 22KV/0.4KV – 0.23KV)

Street Lighting
Public lighting is separately designed from residential power and installed along main traffic routes.

Water Supply
Water is supplied from the San Bay Water Plant with a capacity of 30,000 m³/day, ensuring delivery up to each enterprise’s boundary wall.

Drainage Systems
Rainwater and wastewater systems are separated:

• • Rainwater is discharged into the park’s drainage channels
  • Industrial wastewater is initially treated to Category B at each factory, then piped to a centralized treatment system using bio-filtration technology, where it’s treated to Category A before being discharged

The park has one central wastewater treatment station with a capacity of 5,000 m³/day, operational since 2007.

Solid Waste Management
Solid waste is collected at a transfer station, sorted at source, and transported to treatment zones.

Telecommunications
International-standard telecom infrastructure is available, meeting high-speed data, voice, and postal demands. Services are available up to each enterprise.
