Overview

Khanh Phu Industrial Park is the first industrial park established in Ninh Binh Province. It was founded in 2004 under Decision No. 1687/QD-UB dated July 20, 2004, by the Ninh Binh Provincial People’s Committee. According to Official Document No. 1499/TTg-KTN dated August 18, 2014, from the Prime Minister, the industrial park covers an area of 351 hectares. It is located in Khanh Phu Commune, Yen Khanh District, and Ninh Phuc Commune, Ninh Binh City. The industrial park’s infrastructure is developed by the Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Company.

Khanh Phu Industrial Park benefits from Tien Hung Port, which is currently operational and facilitates cargo transportation. To the west, Ninh Phuc Port can accommodate 3,000-ton ships traveling along the Day River.

The project is planned and developed by the Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Company. The entire infrastructure system is now complete, catering to a variety of industries.

With a prime location, modern infrastructure, and favorable investment policies, Khanh Phu Industrial Park is one of the leading multi-sector industrial parks in Ninh Binh Province. It has attracted numerous investors from South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, and the United States. Currently, the park has reached 96% occupancy.

There is only one remaining plot of 11 hectares, which is in a highly strategic location and is available for investors.

Location

Khanh Phu Industrial Park is situated along National Highway No. 10, with the Cau Gie – Ninh Binh Expressway passing through the park. The southern, northern, and western boundaries of the park are adjacent to the Day River. The industrial park also has a bonded warehouse located in the northern area.

Surrounded on three sides by the Day River, Khanh Phu Industrial Park has Tien Hung Port and Ninh Phuc Port, both capable of handling 3,000-ton ships, ensuring smooth cargo transportation via waterways.
