Overview

According to Official Document No. 1499/TTg-KTN dated August 18, 2014, from the Prime Minister, Kim Son Industrial Park covers an area of 200 hectares, located in Kim Dong and Kim Trung Communes, Kim Son District, Ninh Binh Province. The Ninh Binh Provincial People’s Committee has approved the policy allowing Phuc Loc Group JSC to conduct surveys and prepare for investment in infrastructure construction and business operations in Kim Son Industrial Park.

Kim Son Industrial Park has favorable transportation conditions for both road and waterway transport, making it an ideal investment destination. Kim Son District features a dense river system with three major rivers:

  • Day River(200m wide) in the southeast,
  • Can River(9.3 km long) in the south, and
  • Vac River, which flows from Hoa Lu Districtthrough various areas before reaching the East Sea.
