Internal Transportation
Roads are designed in a grid layout for easy access to all plots.

• • Main roads: 15m wide
  • Secondary roads: 10.5m wide
  • Total internal roads: 4.15 km
  • Roads connecting to national/provincial highways: 1.63 km

Power Supply
Electricity is sourced from the national grid via Hoa Cam 500KV substation in Cam Le District.

• • The park includes 2 intermediate substations: 110/22KV – 40MVA
  • Power lines are fully installed to connect directly to each factory.

Public Lighting
Street lighting is separated from residential power supply and runs along all major roads.

Water Supply
Water is sourced from:

• • Hai Van Water Plant with a capacity of 5,000 m³/day
  • Cu De River Water Plant (planned capacity: 120,000 m³/day)
    Water supply is ensured up to each enterprise’s boundary wall.

Drainage Systems
Rainwater and wastewater systems are separated.

• • Rainwater is discharged into the park’s drainage channels.

Solid Waste Management
Solid waste is collected at a transfer station, sorted at source, and transported to a centralized treatment facility.

Wastewater Treatment

• • Wastewater is pre-treated to Category C (QCVN 40-2011) at factories
  • Then discharged into the park’s drainage network and sent to the central treatment plant, where it is treated to Category B before being released
  • The centralized treatment station has a capacity of 2,000 m³/day, operational since November 2011

Telecommunications

• • International-standard telecommunication infrastructure
  • High-speed data, domestic and international postal services available
  • Telephone and ADSL lines are ready and can be extended to each enterprise.
