Overview
Phu Ninh Industrial Park (IP) was developed based on the industrial infrastructure investment and service project in Tu Da and An Dao communes (Phu Ninh District) by Vietnam-Korea Joint Stock Company as the investor. The initially approved area was over 33ha. Due to the increasing demand from enterprises and the favorable development of infrastructure investment, the investor and relevant authorities proposed an expansion of more than 66ha to the south, forming Phu Ninh IP with a total area of approximately 100ha and an investment capital of over VND 224 billion.
The establishment of Phu Ninh IP provides an opportunity to attract domestic and foreign enterprises, contributing to the socio-economic development of Phu Tho province in general and Phu Ninh district in particular, while ensuring social security policies.
Location
Phu Ninh IP is located in the economic development zone of the province, offering advantages in terms of location, human resources, and land availability. The infrastructure system is gradually being completed, with the Noi Bai-Lao Cai Expressway running through the area. The IP has convenient transportation connections to:

- Trans-Asia Highway (Noi Bai – Lao Cai)

Internal Road System
The main roads within the IP are 33-39m wide.
The branch roads are 15.5m and 17.5m wide.
Electricity System
Power is supplied from the national grid through a 110/22KV substationwith a capacity of 63MVA.
Public Lighting System
The street lighting network is designed separately from the electricity supply system and installed along the traffic routes.
Water Supply System
Clean water supply capacity: 8,000 m³/day-night.
Rainwater and Wastewater Drainage System
The rainwater and wastewater drainage systems are constructed separately.
Rainwater is collected through a pipeline system and discharged into the local rivers.
Underground drainage pipes for rainwater have diameters ranging from D600mm to D1000mmand operate on a gravity flow principle.
Waste Treatment
Investors will sign service contracts with professional waste treatment units.
Wastewater Treatment
A central wastewater treatment plantwithin the IP has a capacity of 6,500 m³/day-night.
Telecommunications System
The telecommunications system meets international standards.
