General Introduction
On April 3, 2021, the Prime Minister approved the investment policy for the construction of technical infrastructure for the Soc Son Clean Industrial Park under Decision No. 539/QD-TTg. The investor and infrastructure developer is DDG Investment Construction Group Joint Stock Company.
The park is located in Minh Tri and Tan Dan communes, Soc Son district – the northern gateway of Hanoi, near Noi Bai International Airport and the Hanoi – Lao Cai Expressway. It is conveniently connected to nearby provinces such as Thai Nguyen, Vinh Phuc, Phu Tho, and Bac Ninh.
The total planned area is 302.7 ha, developed in two phases: Phase 1 – 162.9 ha and Phase 2 – 139.8 ha. The maximum construction density is 76%, with buildings up to 5 floors.
Hanoi aims to develop the park as a centralized industrial zone attracting clean, eco-friendly investments in harmony with surrounding residential areas. Once operational, Soc Son Clean Industrial Park is expected to become a highly attractive destination for investors. The investor is currently completing land clearance and infrastructure construction.
Location
With its strategic location near Noi Bai International Airport and adjacent to the Noi Bai – Lao Cai Expressway, the park lies on an important economic corridor linking Hanoi, Lao Cai, and Noi Bai Airport. This offers exceptional convenience for logistics and goods transportation.

Internal Transportation
The internal road system is designed to ensure convenient vehicle access to each plot:

Industrial electricity 22 kV supplied by Soc Son Power Company, frequency 50 Hz.
Public Lighting System
A separate lighting grid is installed along all main roads, independent from the residential power network.
Water Supply System
Installed capacity of 14,000 m³/day: Phase 1 – 7,200 m³/day, Phase 2 – upgraded to 14,000 m³/day.
Drainage System (Rainwater and Wastewater)
The park is located in a high area of Hanoi, ensuring no flooding. The rainwater drainage system operates independently, collecting water through manholes and reinforced concrete pipes (D300–D700, B600–B1000) leading to the Ca Lo River.
Waste Collection
Industrial and domestic waste is sorted and collected at centralized collection points, then transported out of the park by professional waste management units.
Wastewater Treatment
A modern biological wastewater treatment system with a capacity of 10,000 m³/day. Industrial and domestic wastewater must be pre-treated to meet standard C before entering the central treatment system. After processing to meet Vietnam’s standard A, the treated water is discharged into the Ca Lo River.
Telecommunication System
Underground telecommunication lines with international-standard fiber-optic cables provide high-quality connections and convenient postal services. A satellite exchange with a total capacity of about 16,500 lines will meet all communication needs of enterprises.
