GENERAL OVERVIEW
In 2021, Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung approved the investment policy for the Tam Anh – An An Hoa Industrial Park Infrastructure Development and Operation Project, implemented by An An Hoa Industrial and Urban JSC. The project covers 435.8 hectares with a total registered investment capital of VND 1,540 billion.
On September 23, 2022, Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh signed Decision No. 1125/QD-TTg, amending Decision No. 397/QD-TTg (dated March 19, 2021), officially adjusting the location of the industrial park to span both Tam Anh Nam and Tam Anh Bac Communes (Previously only Tam Anh Nam), within the Chu Lai Open Economic Zone.
Currently, the investor is cooperating with local authorities on site clearance.

Water for production is provided by the Quang Nam Water Supply Plant.

Stormwater and wastewater are managed by separate systems. Rainwater is discharged into designated drainage channels within the industrial park.
Solid Waste Management
Solid waste is collected at a central transfer station, sorted at source, and transported to authorized treatment facilities.
Wastewater Treatment
Enterprises must treat wastewater to Column B standards before releasing it into the centralized wastewater system.
The centralized system further treats it to Column A in compliance with QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT and QCVN 13-MT:2015/BTNMT by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
Telecommunications
Equipped with international-standard telecom infrastructure, including VNPT fiber-optic lines, offering high-speed data transmission and domestic/international postal services.
Labor Costs
The park is in Region III, where the minimum monthly wage is VND 3,250,000.
