Overview

Tam Diep 1 Industrial Park (IP) was established in 2008 under Decision No. 1851/QD-UBND dated October 14, 2008, by the People’s Committee of Ninh Binh Province and Document No. 1499/TTg-KTN dated August 18, 2014, by the Prime Minister. Tam Diep 1 IP is invested in and developed by the Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Company.

Tam Diep 1 IP covers a total area of 64 hectares, located in Quang Son Commune and Tay Son Ward, Tam Diep City. It is adjacent to National Highway 1A, near the North-South railway line, and close to Ghenh Station, with National Highway 12B and the North-South Expressway passing through. This location serves as a major transportation hub for the North Central region and the Red River Delta. Tam Diep City is one of the three key economic regions in Ninh Binh’s socio-economic development strategy, possessing significant potential for industrial, service, tourism, and urban development.

Tam Diep 1 IP is oriented as a multi-sector industrial park, attracting industries such as cement production, footwear and garment manufacturing, and medical equipment production.
