Overview

Tam Diep II Industrial Park was established under Official Document No. 1499/TTg-KTN dated August 18, 2014, by the Prime Minister and Decision No. 1194/QD-UBND dated October 7, 2019, by the People’s Committee of Ninh Binh Province. Located in Quang Son Commune, Tam Diep City, the industrial park covers a total area of 363.35 hectares and is invested in by Phuc Loc Industrial Park Investment and Development Corporation (a member company of Phuc Loc Group).

The approval of Tam Diep Industrial Park and Tam Diep II Industrial Park has concretized the industrial development planning in Ninh Binh Province and the general construction planning of Tam Diep City. It serves as a basis for attracting industrial infrastructure investors and business projects, contributing to local socio-economic development.

Tam Diep II Industrial Park is divided into three zones:

    • Zone 1:Total area of 133.76 ha
    • Zone 2:Total area of 126.37 ha
    • Zone 3:Total area of 103.22 ha
