Stable power supply: 22kV transmission lines are installed along internal roads and connected to each plot, ensuring adequate capacity for factories.

High-voltage lines are available along the main internal roads.

Investors build their own substations based on consumption needs.

Public Lighting
The road lighting network is separate from residential electricity supply and installed along traffic routes.

Water Supply

Underground pipelines connect to factories, with a capacity of up to 100,000 m³/day.

Underground drainage systems are installed along roads to ensure effective stormwater drainage and Prevent flooding.

Drainage Systems (Stormwater & Wastewater)

Separate drainage systems for stormwater and wastewater. Rainwater is discharged into the industrial park’s drainage canal.

Solid Waste Management

Solid waste is gathered at transfer stations, sorted at source, and transported to treatment sites.

Wastewater Treatment

All industrial and domestic wastewater is pre-treated by enterprises to meet at least Column B (QCVN 40:2011) before being discharged into the common sewer system.

The park’s centralized treatment facility then further processes it to meet national standards, with a total capacity of up to 3,000 m³/day.

Telecommunications

The telecom system meets international standards, supporting high-speed data transmission and both domestic and international postal services.

Specialist providers are available to meet investors’ full communication requirements.
