Internal Transportation
The internal road system is integrated with the external transportation network, forming a complete and convenient system for goods transportation.

Electricity System
22kV power is supplied by Quang Nam Power Company.

Public Lighting
The road lighting system is designed separately from the residential electricity system and installed along traffic routes.

Water Supply
Clean water and industrial water are provided in sufficient quantity to meet all operational demands of tenants.

Drainage Systems (Stormwater & Wastewater)
The stormwater drainage system is separated from the wastewater system. All rainwater is discharged into the park’s drainage canals.

Solid Waste Management
Solid waste is collected at a transfer station, sorted at source, and then transported to the appropriate treatment facilities.

Wastewater Treatment
Enterprises are required to pre-treat their wastewater to meet Column B standards before discharging it into the park’s centralized treatment system, which further processes it to meet Column A standards, in accordance with QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT and QCVN 13-MT:2015/BTNMT issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

Telecommunications
The telecommunication system meets international standards, supporting high-speed data transmission, domestic and international postal services. VNPT fiber optic infrastructure is available.
